I’m a compassionate, person-centered Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental, neurological, learning, and social-emotional needs. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a deep belief in the power of inclusive, community-centered solutions.

As the founder of Insightful Inclusion, LLC I specialize in partnering with schools, families, and communities to unlock student potential. Whether I’m conducting a comprehensive behavior assessment, guiding a team through an IEP process, or coaching parents and staff, my approach remains rooted in collaboration, respect, and a commitment to student success.
