Partnering for Potential: Where Compassion Meets Evidence

As the founder of Insightful Inclusion, LLC, I specialize in partnering with schools, families, and communities to unlock student potential.

I offer a uniquely balanced perspective: my professional effectiveness, refined across decades of continuing education and practice in homes, private schools, and public schools, is matched by crucial personal insight. As a parent who successfully navigated the 504 and special education processes for my own children, and serves as a special education surrogate parent (SESP) for children in state custody, I intimately understand the critical need for teamwork, transparency, clear communication, and interventions that ensure student progress.

My professional approach is built on collaboration, respect, and tangible results. With a comprehensive background as an interventionist, evaluator, and trainer (including over 15 years as a certified de-escalation and crisis management trainer), I bring practical expertise to every situation.

I work to build strong rapport with students, families, and educators, promoting a unified team. Whether I’m presenting findings from an assessment, contributing to an IEP team, or modeling interventions, I strive to bring clarity and compassion to complex cases, designing systems that promote consistent, sustainable growth across all settings.

For schools and parents seeking proven, person-centered support, I offer over 25 years of experience as a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a deep belief in creating inclusive, community-centered solutions for individuals with developmental, neurological, learning, and social-emotional needs.

I deeply value the expertise each professional and family member brings to the table. I'm passionate about building unified, student-centered programs that promote growth, celebrate meaningful progress, and cultivate a strong sense of belonging for neurodiverse students within their communities.

Grounded in cultural awareness and a deep respect for each child’s emotional experience, I am committed to creating a future where all students—regardless of neurodiversity—are empowered to thrive, feel connected, and access the opportunities they deserve.

Let’s work together to make that future a reality!
